James Weil, Wannabe thug

Reports reveal that James Weil, a Scarsdale resident, has a rough past with the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission), and was later fined for being a part of a major scandal regarding stock exchange. A source who prefers to not have his/her name revealed says James is known as a "Wannabe thug" and a proud to be practicing member of Satanism. The source also mentioned that James has a past as a gang member, who was involved with racketeering, and is not surprised to hear of the SEC scandal. Other sources didn't know much about James' criminal like past, but called James things like "Lonely, self conscious, bald, ugly, non desirable, and a self promoter."
